Process modelling for Control Systems
We quickly create models of industrial processes.
The purpose is to help test the control systems.
If you are the creator of an automated control system (ACS) for a technological process or the owner of a process unit for which you ordered an ACS, then we can help you make sure that the ACS is functioning correctly. We will reduce the risk of errors in the automated control system at the stages of its commissioning and operation, and this will save your money.
Our experience shows that almost all systems contain errors. There is even a different understanding of the technical specifications by the customer and the creator of the system, and this can only be discovered during commissioning. Often, when upgrading a control system, little time is allowed for a shutdown of a running production, and this requires confidence that the new system will work correctly. As a rule, the cost of fixing a bug in the early stages is lower.
We are convinced that it is necessary to create control systems using a process model
We will create a process model in a short time (days) and connect it to your control system. The process measured values displayed by the system will match your expectations.
The target customer is a system integrator who creates process control systems.
After commissioning is completed, the twin can be adapted for use in the production process.
We offer you the izySim cloud service, to which you can connect your control system. The cloud hosts a model-based process emulator. Information exchange with the cloud is limited only by the signals that the ACS connects to sensors and actuators. Confidential information about the ACS device, management methods, internal data (process KPI, commercial information) is not transferred to the cloud.
To create a model, we need a little from you:
To calculate thermodynamic quantities, it is sufficient to know the chemical composition of the initial media (air, water, methane, ...) and their temperatures
izySim consists of:
Getting initial data
Estimate
Creating of a process model
Creating an emulator runtime environment
Model testing (possible without control system)
Refinement of the model by adding restrictions to the data script during the subscription period
